Statistics show that styled homes (also known as staging a home) sell faster and for a higher price because buyers make a connection to homes that are well styled.  

 

2. When should I meet with a stylist?

As soon as you decide to put your home on the market, you should contact a stylist to determine your timeline, budget and needs.  At Cincy Property Stylists, we work within any budget and timeframe to provide superior and beautifully appointed spaces.  We work with a client’s own furnishings, as well as providing complete packages for vacant or empty homes.

 

3. How much does it cost to style a home?

Prices vary depending on the needs of the client.  We can provide soft staging/styling, which utilizes a client’s furniture and we provide accessories such as artwork, pillows and florals.  This is the most affordable approach.  When additional pieces are needed, we can also provide items priced per piece.  Packages include styling an entire room or home, and these can also be tailored to fit any budget.
